Children & payment

Child policy

Based on date of birth, sharing a bed with parents.

  • Ages 1–4: the first child stays free; a second child is charged 75% of the adult rate on an extra bed.
  • Ages 5–10: 75% of the adult rate on an extra bed, or the adult rate when occupying a main bed.
  • Ages 11 and over: 100% of the adult rate on an extra bed.

Payment policy

Based on government taxes and international bank transactions.

  • A deposit of 30–50% of the total confirms your suite; the balance is paid at our office on Tuan Chau Island.
  • Non-refundable rate: 30% after booking, the remaining 70% at our office on Tuan Chau Island.
  • Card payments carry a 3.7% bank fee (transaction, currency exchange and VAT).
